- 6 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp butter, melted for brushing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, for coating
- 1 tsp cinnamon, mixed with brown sugar
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, for serving
- 1 drizzle of honey, to finish
Instructions
- Prep the peaches: Start by halving the peaches and removing the pits, keeping the halves together.
- Grill and caramelize: Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter, mix the brown sugar with cinnamon, coat the peaches, and grill cut side down over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the peaches from the grill, serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and honey.
Notes
Choose ripe peaches for the best flavor and texture. Can be served without ice cream or with various toppings.
