Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches: Start by halving the peaches and removing the pits, keeping the halves together.
  2. Grill and caramelize: Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter, mix the brown sugar with cinnamon, coat the peaches, and grill cut side down over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve: Remove the peaches from the grill, serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and honey.
