Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the chopped hatch chiles, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover and freeze for about 120-180 minutes until firm.
- Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
