Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and chopped herbs.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the garlic-herb mixture evenly on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into individual rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with dips like marinara or olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
