Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables to the mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.

- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are set.
