  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Pour over the cooked chicken in the skillet and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the drained penne to the skillet and toss gently until well coated with the sauce.
