Ingredients

  • 1 package inari age (fried tofu pockets)

Instructions

  1. Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high until dissolved.
  2. Fold the vinegar mixture into the warm sushi rice until evenly coated.
  3. Wet your hands with tap water to prevent sticking.
  4. Stuff a tofu pocket generously with the flavored sushi rice, pressing lightly.
