Scale
- 2 tubes crescent dough sheets
- 1 lb deli-sliced ham
- 8 sticks cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion or onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets and cut each into four equal pieces.
- Distribute the deli-sliced ham evenly on each dough piece and top with a cheddar cheese stick.
- Fold in the ends of the dough pieces, then roll them up from the bottom, sealing in the filling.
- Place the rolled sticks on your prepared baking sheet, leaving space for them to rise.
- Whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Coat each stick generously with the savory butter mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Seal the dough well to prevent leaking cheese. Feel free to experiment with different meats and cheeses.
