  • 2 medium Apples, diced
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 12 tbsp Milk for Glaze
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract for Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and brown sugar gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  9. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth while the bread bakes.
  10. Once the bread is cool, drizzle the glaze over the top.
