  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
