- 200g pasta of choice
- 200g salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and flake into pieces.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped dill and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until combined.
- Return the flaked salmon to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional dill if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta. You can substitute salmon with shrimp or chicken if preferred. Don’t skip the fresh dill for essential flavor.
