- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Sour cream (for topping)
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and add taco seasoning, following package instructions.
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Gently press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to form cups.
- Fill each cup with the seasoned ground beef, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream. Add sliced jalapeños if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
