Delicious bite-sized taco cups made with crispy wonton wrappers and savory ground beef, perfect for parties or quick family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream (for topping)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and add taco seasoning, following package instructions.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Gently press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to form cups.
  4. Fill each cup with the seasoned ground beef, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream. Add sliced jalapeños if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
