- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add diced bell peppers and broccoli. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Portion into meal prep containers and store in the freezer for future lunches.
