- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup of cooked meat (like pepperoni, sausage, or ham)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella is great!)
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, some meat, and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal it tightly.
- Place the filled biscuit balls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a little olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, if desired.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
