- 1 pound of chicken breasts
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup of ranch dressing
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and season them with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning mix.
- Mix the chicken pieces with the shredded mozzarella cheese and ranch dressing until well coated.
- Open the package of crescent roll dough and unroll it. Separate the dough into triangles.
- Spoon some of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the triangle from the wide end to the pointed tip, sealing the filling inside.
- Place the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added color.
Notes
These chicken bombs are great warm or served with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
