- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and mold them around skewers to create kebabs.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and browned.
- Serve with pita bread and your favorite sauces.
Notes
For more flavor, use a mix of ground meats like beef and lamb. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
