- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
- Toppings: additional strawberries, granola, or nuts
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl or jar. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries and cream cheese if using.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir the oats in the morning and add a splash of milk if desired. Top with additional strawberries, granola, or nuts before serving.
Notes
Store leftover oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If oats thicken too much, add more milk before serving.
