  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
  • Toppings: additional strawberries, granola, or nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl or jar. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries and cream cheese if using.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir the oats in the morning and add a splash of milk if desired. Top with additional strawberries, granola, or nuts before serving.
