- 1 pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
- Evenly distribute the sliced mushrooms over the dough.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and shredded mozzarella on top.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Serve hot with a green salad or a glass of red wine. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
