Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form in a separate bowl.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and chopped peanuts if desired before serving.
Notes
For a richer taste, use dark chocolate cookie crumbs instead of regular. Make sure your peanut butter is creamy for the best texture.
