- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and add pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Mix in shredded white cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Adjust honey to suit your taste preference.
