Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef or meatballs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef or meatballs to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  4. Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Mix in the grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting dinner!
