- 12 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef or meatballs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a little olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add the ground beef or meatballs to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and mix well.
- Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Mix in the grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your comforting dinner!
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle extra parmesan cheese on top when serving.
