- 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
- Reduce the heat to low; stir in heavy cream, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation. Adjust buffalo sauce for spiciness and add vegetables for nutrition.
