A delightful dish combining tender steak, pasta, and a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thin
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the remaining butter for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef broth, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, return the steak to the skillet, and add red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes to your heat preference.
