- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thin
- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the remaining butter for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the beef broth, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce the heat to low, return the steak to the skillet, and add red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes to your heat preference.
