Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups red velvet cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.

  9. Decorate with more crushed Oreos if desired.
  10. Slice and serve for celebrations!
