- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slider rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
- Add the beef to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each roll, and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
