- 8 large pickles
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create space.
- Fill each half with cream cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed pickle with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Enjoy warm!

For extra flavor, add spices like garlic powder or paprika to the cream cheese before filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
