Delicious and crunchy pickle halves stuffed with creamy cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 large pickles
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create space.
  3. Fill each half with cream cheese.
  4. Wrap each stuffed pickle with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Enjoy warm!
