Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crab meat, drained
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, beaten egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Fold gently to keep the crab meat intact.
  2. Add the breadcrumbs and fold lightly until the mixture holds its shape.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops of the patties with melted butter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 16 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes
