Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Sauce
- 3 cups Sliced Apples
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix until combined.
- Stir in sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and half of the salted caramel sauce.
- Fold in sliced apples gently into the mixture.
- Combine oats and flour in a separate bowl. Fold this mixture into the cheesecake batter until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. If the top gets too brown, lightly cover it with aluminum foil.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
