- 4 cups watermelon, cubed

Instructions
- Combine the cubed watermelon, diced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped mint and lime juice, and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing summer salad.
