Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter (cut into small pieces)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish – optional)
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the steak cubes in the crockpot and drizzle the marinade over them, tossing gently to coat each piece.
- Dot the steak with small pieces of butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 240–300 minutes or high for 120–180 minutes until fork-tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with your choice of sides.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the steak in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste, adding more garlic or spice for a bolder flavor.
