Tender steak cubes marinated and slow-cooked for irresistible flavor, perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 255 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (cut into small pieces)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish – optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the steak cubes in the crockpot and drizzle the marinade over them, tossing gently to coat each piece.
  4. Dot the steak with small pieces of butter.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 240–300 minutes or high for 120–180 minutes until fork-tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the steak in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste, adding more garlic or spice for a bolder flavor.
