- 1.5 lb ground chicken
- 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shavings
- 1 lime for serving
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- Shape the chicken mixture into patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are crispy and fully cooked.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Then, chop the patties into smaller pieces.
- Warm the flour tortillas and then layer in the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and finish with Parmesan shavings.
Notes
Serve warm with a lime wedge on the side. Pair with chips or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
