A fun twist on the classic Caesar salad, these tacos combine juicy ground chicken with crunchy romaine lettuce and tangy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground chicken
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shavings
  • 1 lime for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
  2. Shape the chicken mixture into patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are crispy and fully cooked.
  4. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Then, chop the patties into smaller pieces.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas and then layer in the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and finish with Parmesan shavings.

Notes

Serve warm with a lime wedge on the side. Pair with chips or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
