- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken, BBQ sauce, sautéed veggies, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Serve warm, straight from the oven. Can garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or green onions.
