Ingredients

  • 12 biscuits
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a frying pan until just crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a large frying pan over medium heat and gently scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Cut the biscuits in half and place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.
  5. Top the cheese with a portion of scrambled egg and a slice of bacon (break bacon in half if needed).
  6. Place the top half of the biscuit on each sandwich.
  7. Serve immediately, or wrap in freezer paper for later.

Notes
