- 12 biscuits
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 0.25 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 12 slices bacon
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a frying pan until just crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture into a large frying pan over medium heat and gently scramble until fully cooked.
- Cut the biscuits in half and place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit.
- Top the cheese with a portion of scrambled egg and a slice of bacon (break bacon in half if needed).
- Place the top half of the biscuit on each sandwich.
- Serve immediately, or wrap in freezer paper for later.
Notes
Make sure the bacon is crispy for best texture. Customize with vegetables or different cheeses as desired.
