  • 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Stir in the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
  4. Mix the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing into the skillet with the sausage mixture.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until it’s well coated in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the pasta; stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
