- 8 oz spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced red onion and bell peppers; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, sweet chili sauce, and BBQ sauce; stir well.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it’s submerged in the sauce; cover the pot.
- Cook until the pasta is al dente (about 10-12 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
Serve warm and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Pairs well with a fresh green salad or garlic bread.
