- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 12 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté diced chicken and sliced sausage until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce, honey, and brown sugar; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add bell pepper and snap peas; cook until tender-crisp.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and combine with the sauce mixture in the skillet. Toss well to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey and brown sugar. Substitute snap peas and bell pepper with your favorite veggies like broccoli or zucchini.
