Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and water until smooth.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the peanut butter sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For variation, substitute chicken with tofu or add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
