Ingredients

  • 6 breakfast sausage links
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage links in a skillet until browned and cooked through; set aside.
  2. Scramble eggs in the same skillet with butter, salt, and pepper until soft; set aside to cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Cut puff pastry into squares on a floured surface.
  5. Place a sausage link, scrambled eggs, and cheese on each square; fold up the pastry and pinch to seal.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed; garnish with chives and serve warm.
