- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well and place in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt in another bowl. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the strawberries evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
