- 1 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- ½ cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to create the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and ensure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the marinated chicken on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or honey mustard. Best served hot.
