Instructions
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add diced onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until softened.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in bok choy or spinach, soy sauce, and lime juice; simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chili oil or red pepper flakes. Feel free to mix in other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
