Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir well and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or overnight.
- After the pudding has thickened, mix in Greek yogurt and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Serve chilled topped with your favorite fresh fruits.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Experiment with different types of milk for unique flavors.
