  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
