- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before cutting into squares. Enjoy your healthy brownies!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality cocoa powder. These brownies can be served warm with ice cream or topped with fruit.
