Ingredients

  • 4 large Potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Then, drain and pat them dry.
  3. Toss the fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh while crispy. Pair with dipping sauces or toppings for loaded fries.
