- 4 large Potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Then, drain and pat them dry.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh while crispy. Pair with dipping sauces or toppings for loaded fries.
