- 1 lb Ground beef or turkey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 cups Lettuce or spinach
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Crispy fries (made from sweet potatoes or regular potatoes)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil or cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.
- Cut sweet or regular potatoes into fry shapes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake until crispy.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully cooked.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a base of lettuce or spinach, followed by the cooked protein, and top with tomatoes and avocado.
- Serve the burger bowls with crispy fries on the side.
