Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 cups Lettuce or spinach
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Crispy fries (made from sweet potatoes or regular potatoes)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.
  2. Cut sweet or regular potatoes into fry shapes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake until crispy.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing a base of lettuce or spinach, followed by the cooked protein, and top with tomatoes and avocado.
  5. Serve the burger bowls with crispy fries on the side.
