- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the skillet.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
